Platform Usage Guidelines

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the website 438.onl along with all related services, mobile apps, and systems.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 438 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in the member's account, excluding any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other incentives granted by the platform to members in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement (Rollover)" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible to be converted into real money balance.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process, which involves verifying a member's identity using valid official documents.

2Membership and Registration

To register as a 438 member, you must meet all of the following requirements before your account can be activated and fully used:

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy:

4Bonuses and Promotions

Members agree to abide by the specific rules of each game as stated in the respective game interface. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and the specific rules of a particular game, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

• The outcome of all games is final once a game round has been fully completed.
• Any wins resulting from a technical malfunction or software bug will not be credited and will be investigated separately.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gaming sessions. 438 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules set by the dealer and table operator concerned.

6Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all members, 438 strictly prohibits the following conduct on our platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any computer program to play or interact with the platform.
• Any form of manipulation, fraud, or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the 438 platform.
• Harassment, threats, or the distribution of offensive content directed at other members or 438 staff through platform communication channels.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 438 platform to the public.
• Registering an account using a false identity or falsified documents.

7Security and Privacy

438 takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

• Members' personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.
• 438 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between members' web browsers and our servers.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

8Account Suspension and Termination

438 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Use of payment methods that are unauthorised or not registered under the member's name.
• More than one account is registered to the same individual.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, 438 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and wins associated with the violating activity. For terminations for reasons other than a violation (e.g. self-request), any legitimate fund balance will be returned once all reviews have been completed.

9Liability Limits

438 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or unexpected downtime.

• 438 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members due to technical disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for losses arising from device failure or internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• 438's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
• 438 makes no guarantee of winnings in any game. All games carry financial risk and members play at their own responsibility.

10Terms Amendment and Termination

438 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform members of any material changes through:

• In-platform notifications via the member's account dashboard.
• Email to the address registered on the member's account.
• Notices prominently displayed on the platform's home page.

Continued use of the 438 platform after any amended terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through procedures established by the platform. Bahasa Malaysia is the official language for the interpretation of this document in the event of any ambiguity in translation.
